Recipe for homemade pear pie

Ingridients
For the dough:

  • 350 g of white flour
  • 2 teaspoons of baking powder
  • 100 g of powdered sugar
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 150 g of butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 50 ml of milk

For the filling:

  • 3 yellow pears
  • 3 spoons of sugar
  • 2 tablespoons of butter
  • 1 tablespoon bread or cookie crumbs
  • cinnamon

Instruction:
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Peel the pears and cut them into slices. Melt the butter in the pan and on it steam the pear slices; sprinkle them with sugar while they are simmering, and when they soften, with breadcrumbs and cinnamon. Cut the butter for the dough into pieces and throw them into a large bowl. Add flour and sugar, eggs and milk and knead the dough. If necessary, add some more milk. Form the dough into a ball, which we place wrapped in transparent foil in the cold for 20 minutes. Set a third of the dough aside and make strips out of it, and roll out the rest and line a greased pie pan with it. Cover the dough in the baking pan with the filling and cover everything with ribbons. Place the pie in the oven and bake for approx 60 minutes.
