  • 500 g of Nutella (optional additional 100 g for coating)
  • 4 eggs
  • multipurpose flour (type 400)

Preparation of nutella cake:
Beat eggs in a bowl, add Nutella and mix with an electric mixer for 2-3 minutes. Add half a cup of flour to the mass and mix thoroughly by hand. Line a round baking tray with baking paper and pour the cake mixture into it and place everything in the oven, heated to 190 degrees Celsius, for 35 to 40 minutes. When the cake is baked, leave it in the pan for another 10 minutes to cool down a bit. Then remove the ring, remove it from the base and let it cool completely at room temperature. The cake can then be served, or you can coat it with some Nutella for a nicer look. Have a good run!
