Brina, Ljubljana gin festival 2019: this Saturday we are going to Križanke

At the event Brina, Ljubljana Gin Festival 2019, will be introduced 18 exhibitors, mostly Slovenian gin distillers. Among them, two will offer also non-alcoholic gin, which the masters prepare using special technological procedures, which are similar to classic distillation, but much more demanding.

Three exceptional chefs from Ljubljana will take care of the culinary dimension of Brina. Jorg Zupan from the restaurant Atelje, Jakob Pintar from TaBar and Igor Jagodic from the restaurant Strelec represent an important part of the gastronomic boom of the capital, many elements of which are connected by Gourmet Ljubljana, the brand of Turizma Ljubljana, which approached Brina as a project partner.
