Business: Separate weekends from weekdays!

Don't bring work to your days off. Working from home has many advantages, but also disadvantages. And one of them is to postpone the work and do it even over the weekend.

However, even those who go to the office usually struggle with a lack of time, and all of them have this in common, every week you are surprised when the weekend rolls around and you wonder, is it really Friday already?

Weekends are also important for your mental health and mental rest, there should still be time for you and everything that makes you happy and fulfilled.

So here are some great tips on how to separate work from rest.

Make a plan

Plan what you will do, who you will be with, where you will go. Check out what's happening in town. Of course, you can also be spontaneous. But let it contain what makes you happy at the moment. It might be watching movies, going on a short shopping trip, reading, going for a walk – whatever, make some decisions in advance – and stick to them.

Put the work aside

Did your work corner occupy the living room or dining room? Get rid of it on the weekends. Clear the table, promise yourself not to sit behind the laptop. You better decorate that space. In any case, take a visual step back and enjoy the neat interior.

Various rituals

Do some things on the weekends that you don't do during the week. Be it breakfast on the balcony, coffee in the cafe - some things should be reserved only for Saturday or Sunday.
