Recipe for Champagne Pomegranate Ice Cream Scones:

Ingridients:

  • 1 cup of pomegranate juice
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 2 limes
  • 1 ½ cups champagne
  • 1 pomegranate (seeds)
  • 1 lemon

The process of making a champagne ice cream light:

Mix a cup of pomegranate juice with two tablespoons of sugar and wait for the sugar to dissolve. Distribute the resulting syrup on the models for the ice cream lights and stick the ice cream sticks into them as well. Place the models in the freezer and let the liquid freeze (about 60 minutes). Cut the lemon and lime into thin slices and remove the seeds from the pomegranate. Mix the juice of one lime, the remaining sugar and champagne and wait again until the sugar dissolves. Pour the mixture into the molds and add a few slices of lime and lemon and a few pomegranate seeds to each one. Place the models in the freezer again and wait until they are completely frozen (at least 10 hours).
