In Italy, they started a project in which it will be possible to charge electric vehicles while driving using contactless charging technology. At its current stage, this is a small project, but it could have huge potential.
V Italy an international group of companies came together and started the project Arena del Futuro. Their goal is to build and equip part of the highway A35 Brebeni-Aleatica for the needs contactless electric charging vehicles. The highway that runs between Brescia and Milan, will be close to export Chiari West got a kind of roundabout or polygon, in length 1,050 meters.
