City Magazine breaks the records of reading and visits every day and thus enjoys the status of the most read lifestyle online portal, intended for both sexes. Due to expansion plans and better coverage of interesting topics, we invite new colleagues to our ranks who would independently cover their areas of writing. CityMagazine.si & Hedonism.com and printed editions invite external collaborators to join their ranks - journalists and editors of content areas covered by the mentioned editions and websites citymagazine.si and hedonism.si. Every spring, we expand our circle of collaborators and thus ensure the variety of ideas and content of our media.
City Magazine - the largest national freebie for the urban population
City Magazine is the largest lifestyle magazine for both sexes. It is free of charge and has an enormous circulation in the printed edition (70,000 copiesv) by distribution to more than 450 collection points throughout Slovenia. It has been online since September 2013 with a renewed portal, and during this time it has achieved a leading position among portals in the field of lifestyle topics intended for both sexes. It is also regularly ranked among 25 the most visited Slovenian media by measurement MOSS, with a range of approx 110.000 of various Slovenian internet users, which is 7,4 % all online populations.
Plans for future they are big and they go in the direction of excellence and the development of new content. For this reason, we invite masters of words, and especially journalists with a heart, to join our ranks as external collaborators.
Editorial expectations:
Editorial philosophy City Magazine is different from the philosophies of classic publishing houses. That's why we do not expect classic profiles, but profiles of colleagues who will build and co-create the brand with their energy, enthusiasm and love of creation City Magazine, impressed the online crowds and also the crowds of readers of our printed editions. Participation is not conditional on education; we put in the foreground the will of the individual to work in a specific field that interests him.
Do you master a subject? Not a day goes by that I don't follow her? You know what is beautiful and aesthetic? Do you simply want to be the best in your field?
We believe, that there are such individuals among us. Individuals who are able to shape trends, look for innovations, create them and educate and inform the public in this way.
Expected skills:
- CMS; working with CMS-systems is not a requirement, but it is desirable to enter articles on the website (WordPress);
- work in the cloud - Google Drive, the text editor Google "Documents, spreadsheets", work with cloud solutions and applications;
- photo processing; editing and corrections, designing, cropping photos (Photoshop, other);
- impeccable knowledge of the Slovenian literary language;
- creativity, innovation, progressiveness;
- knowledge of the basics of social networks and the administration of social online channels (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter).
Way of working: independently from home with weekly editorial meetings at the headquarters of Reformabit, doo, Šmartinska cesta 106, 1000 Ljubljana.
Form of work: copyright contract, sp, student or other status.
Payment: monthly depending on the scope of work performed (amount) and responsibilities, stimulation depending on the success of the content and independence.
