The original Lolita pastry shop in Filipov dvorec was joined at the end of July by a new Lolita on Eipprova in Ljubljana. According to the Dezeen Awards, the latter is ranked among the elite of five bars in the world with the most sustainably designed interior, which combines art, interior design and cuisine in harmony with sustainability.
The room was designed with exceptional width in a boutique architectural style to the office of the Trinity. The artist Jaša Mrevlje Pollak created a uniquely designed space that plays with all the senses. Every bit space is a story in itself, and mostly recycled material was used for its design. In the unique space, the bricks are exposed, the floor and walls are raw and have an unfinished look, the parquet and ceramic tiles on the wall are newly used. A sustainable approach and it is also visible through vintage coffee cups and plates in which delicacies are served.
