Dessert without a bad conscience: a light chocolate cake that won't stick to our hips

Diet chocolate cake

In front of you is a light and quick chocolate cake, a diet chocolate cake that will not stick to our body!

Chocolate cake is a favorite dessert for many, but this type of dessert is often very heavy, filling, full of sugar and empty calories. If you want to try an express "light" version of a popular dessert, prepare a diet chocolate cake.

Ingredients for a light chocolate cake

1st group of ingredients

  • 3/4 cup flour
  • 1 cup sugar (preferably brown or coconut)
  • 2 full spoons of cocoa powder (bitter)
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1 teaspoon of baking powder
  • 3/4 teaspoon baking soda

2nd group of ingredients

  • 1 large egg
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons of oil
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup of water

Making a light chocolate cake

Take a cup of the desired size and use this as your measure for all ingredients except those measured in tablespoons.

Put the first group of ingredients (flour, sugar, cocoa, salt, baking powder and baking soda) into the mixing bowl. In a separate container, mix the ingredients from the second group, add them to the first and mix everything well until you get an even and smooth mixture. Heat half a cup of water and when it boils, add it to the mixture of ingredients and mix everything well.

Heat the oven to 180 degrees, pour the mixture into the mold and bake for about 30 to 40 minutes. When the cake has cooled, cut it into 12 slices and serve. Each slice has about 200 calories. So sweet good run!
