Ljubljana Castle and Strelec restaurant are pleased to present a new culinary experience - dinner in the castle vineyard, which extends on the southern slope of Grajski grič. Since 2016, 1,050 vines of the Castle Belpin and Red Castle have been planted there.
He will spoil you among the castle vines chef Igor Jagodic, who together with his team recently received the prestigious Michelin award The Plate for his culinary achievements, and for the second year in a row he won four caps and 17 points according to the culinary guide Gault & Millau. Seasonally grown vegetables, fruit, local meat, quality ingredients from local producers - all in connection with the vine - this time too, he wove into Friday dinner, which you must experience.
