You are invited to the third edition of the contemporary improvised music festival Boben in Lajna, which will take place on November 29 and 30 in the premises of this year's Pop-up House.
The Drum and Tench Institute brings a two-day exploration of sounds and silences through a unique arrangement. Petkov Uvod with the Dre Hočevar Trio will take music enthusiasts to the playfulness of modernist approaches with classic jazz lyricism and the synthesis of orchestral and modern electronic music. The second concert cycle of the festival will represent a manifestation of the local improvised band with a variety of excellent musicians of the younger generation, such as Jure Pukl, Vid Drašler, Cene Resnik, Žiga Murko, Samo Šalamon and Dre Hočevar.
So you are in for a double treat of the boundless excellence of musical experimentation by the most prolific Slovenian creators in the field of contemporary improvised music.
