Electric trike AKO: for everyday city driving

The newly invented electric trike from AKO is a synonym for everyday city driving!

Lithuanian startup IF has just started the development of the second prototype of the electric trick with which he wants to enter the med vehicles of the European standard L5e (vehicles with three symmetrically arranged wheels, equipped with an engine with a cylinder capacity of more than 50 cubic centimeters, if it is an internal combustion engine type, and/or with a maximum speed of 45 km/h).

AKO, which was developed for 5 years, aims at a range of over 280 kilometers, it also introduces a completely new type of manoeuvrability, as it can lean stably and safely at a 30-degree angle when cornering. This gives the driver something breathtaking and extremely fun, while providing all the essential features of a vehicle for everyday city driving!

In the final version, there will be room for the driver and passenger. The 26 kWh battery will drive the 140 kW motor, and in theory the electric trike will be able to accelerated to 68 km/h – although we expect it to be electronically limited to a slightly lower speed. AKO plans to start a crowdfunding campaign already this autumn, and production should start next year.

Here you can see what it's like to drive an electric trike AKO! In the main role is the antitype "zero".
