Sushi Spotting is the fresh idea of two people from Maribor, Miha Jesenšek and Greg Jagodnik, who make delicious sushi packages and deliver them every Wednesday to the office or home on the route Maribor-Ljubljana-Piran. Both have been dealing with Asian culture and cuisine for several years, and this spring they expanded their business with a delivery service throughout Slovenia.
SushiSpotting.si covers the upper class of sushi catering in Slovenia. Grega and Miha take care of selected ingredients, professional preparation and an excellent shopping and delivery experience. It's an interesting system monitoring the sushimobile, which is equipped with a GPS transmitter - so sushi eaters can see the location of the delivery person live on the website every Wednesday. On to twitter is quite varied on Wednesdays, as customers monitor the position of the sushi mobile, and quite often they "tease" with photos of the packages they have just received and make those who are still waiting for the delivery drool.
A veggie pack.They are currently available two different sushi packages. Typical content fish it consists of seven nigiri and four futomaki and six hosomaki. Vegetarian package is composed similarly, except that it does not contain fish. The idea of sushi delivery caught on, so SushiSpotting is planning new sushi packages that will be added to the offer during the summer.
