HOMEMADE FUJI WITH PARSLEY AND SHRIMPS IN ANGEL'S STYLE

Ingredients for 4 people:

0.5 kg of fuses
12 shrimp tails
clove of garlic
a bunch of parsley
dried tomatoes
0.1 dcl of white wine
4 tablespoons of grated Parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons of olive oil

Preparation:

Cook the fudge in salted dill. In a container on
fry the shrimp in olive oil, add to
finely chopped garlic, cover with white wine
and wait for the wine to evaporate. Let's add
dry tomatoes and cook for a few more minutes.
At the end, add chopped Parmesan
parsley and a little more olive oil.
