ANGEL RISOTTO WITH SHELLS AND TAMARIND

Ingredients for 4 people:

0.5 kg of seafood (shrimp, squid,
mussels, shrimps)
2 tablespoons of olive oil
4 small cups of rice
1 small red onion
0.1 liter of white wine
0.5 liters of fish broth
tamarind, salt, pepper, parsley

Preparation:

Fry the onion in olive oil, add
garlic, seafood and pour in white wine.
When the wine evaporates, add the rice and cover with
fish soup. Add salt, pepper, parsley and
tamarind and cook for about 15 minutes.
