Ingredients for 4 people:

0.5 kg of potatoes
1 dcl of olive oil
10 days of arugula
a pinch of salt

Preparation:

Peel the potatoes, cut them and boil them in
salted dill. Fry separately in another container
arugula, to which we add boiled potatoes and
a little water in which it was cooked. Add spices
and mix everything together.
