Pizza is definitely one of those dishes that you can eat anywhere in the world. As you already know, it originates from Italy, but because of its taste, it soon crossed the borders of this country. There are countless restaurants where you can eat great pizza, but somehow the best is when you make it yourself.

How to make the best pizza dough? However, in order to make the perfect pizza, you need to pay attention to some of the most common mistakes that most people make.

Preparing the test

It is very important that the dough rests for enough time. One of the most common mistakes is to move it from a warm place too soon. It is important that it rises so much that it is soft. It is best to stretch the dough with your hands. If it pulls back when you stretch it, it means you need to let it rest a little more at room temperature.

Do not roll it out too much

As already mentioned, it is best to roll the pizza dough with your hands. If we are not skilled, we can also use a rolling pin, but we must be careful not to roll out too many air bubbles, which ensure an excellent structure.

Too many vegetables

Adding too many water-releasing vegetables like zucchini can make pizza dough mushy after baking. The same applies if vegetables that contain a lot of water are cut into too large pieces.

Baking temperature

The oven must be well heated. It must be heated to the highest temperature and only then put the pizza in it, and then bake it for at least ten minutes. Even a good pizza is worth waiting for, so before serving, leave it in the turned off oven for five minutes so that the flavors combine nicely.
