Huawei has introduced three new models of smartphones from the P40 family, namely the Huawei P40, P40 Pro and P40 Pro+. All of them together and individually are a feast for the eyes, but the P40 Pro and P40 Pro+ models will certainly stand out the most.

The company's smartphones Huawei are known for their photographic capabilities, that's why it is also with the new Huawei P40, P40 Pro and P40 Pro+ smartphones the most innovations in this area.

As already mentioned, the P40 Pro and P40 Pro+ models will stand out the most visually. Both offer a large screen diagonal 16.7 centimeters with OLED technology and 2640 x 1200 resolution. Users will be especially pleased with the decision to refresh the new screens at a frequency 90 Hz. It's not exactly 120 Hz, but the difference is still very noticeable, and the battery won't drain as quickly. Both models have screens curved over the edge, both on the sides and above and below. The decision is certainly aesthetically appealing, but because of this, it will have to be protected even more against falls. Unfortunately, it is the base model P40 lost a lot. Both curved screen and screen refresh because this one remains at 60 Hz.

So the cameras are again the ones that make sure it's among the phone models the most differences. If we start with the basic model P40, it will offer on the last page 3 cameras. Ultra-wide 16 MP resolution, 8 MP telephoto and 3x optical zoom and main camera with a resolution of 50 MP. Again, Huawei used a sensor RYYB, which does it performs better in night photography.

Model P40 Pro all together further upgrades. Main camera stays the same, therefore 50 MP resolution, it is ultra wide significantly sharper, with 40 MP resolution. Also telephoto camera has gained a few megapixels and boasts of 12 MP resolution and 5x optical zoom. The largest model received some play P40 Pro+, which preserves main camera with a resolution of 50 MP and ultra-wide camera with a resolution of 40 MP, in your own telephoto he adds more to the repertoire 2 cameras. The first one enables 3x optical zoom, and the other one is periscope and it has 10x optical zoom. Both have a sensor 8 MP resolution.

Some improvements are also noticeable in artificial intelligence, which ensures that colors and sharpness are as desired. The new AI is supposed to s photos also removed some nasty elements in the photos, such as unwanted reflections, and even people, who would sneak in front of our lens at the wrong time. The phone will also suggest the best photo in burst photography.

We must not forget about quite noticeable selfie cameras. It doesn't just peek out from the screen 32 MP selfie camera, but also ToF sensor and infrared face reader to unlock the phone. This one will perform especially well in the dark. If you're not comfortable with face unlock, it is it still hides the optical fingerprint reader under the screen, which is 30 percent larger this time.

Huawei did not hold back when choosing internal specifications. Kirin 990 processor promises to communicate with networks 5G (it won't even be possible to buy the 4G version), it will be enough to store the applications 8 GB of working memory and 128 GB, 256 GB respectively 512 GB system storage. Both the P40 Pro and P40+ will have battery capacity 4,200 mAh, which will enable fast charging up to 40 W, and the smaller P40 3,800 mAh and fast charging up to 22.5 W. The P40 Pro and P40 Pro+ will also boast of IP68 water resistance, while the P40 will reach only IP53 standard (light rain).

Huawei is working tirelessly to ensure that the transition from Android to the new system is smooth as smooth as possible. Its app store AppGallery is constantly charging, and Huawei is already making deals with some providers that would created their own solutions for otherwise popular Google apps (say Google Maps). Before everything is as it should be, it will certainly be quite a while, if luckily Huawei did not give in and once again showed that his phones are no joke.

Finally, the prices. Basic P40 will stand 799 euros and will be available from April 7. It will also be available on the same day P40 Pro, and the price will be 999 euros. P40 Pro+ will see the store shelves only in June, and the starting price will be 1,399 euros.
