If you're heading out for a day of picnicking in a park, forest or beach, carrying a heavy metal grill can be almost impossible. You now have the option to bring a disposable portable grill with you.
The result of JYSK's systematic concern for the environment is disposable grill CASUS. CASUS is made exclusively from natural materials such as wood, bamboo, cardboard and lava stones. With the exception of the lava stones, which can contribute to soil fertility, the entire grill is biodegradable.
Disposable grill
The CASUS grill carries the FSC® Recycled label, which means that the grill is made from recycled forest materials. JYSK thus offers an alternative to traditional disposable grills and reduces the demand for forest resources.

The CASUS grill uses up to 50 % less charcoal than other disposable grills, resulting in less CO2 emissions. The thermal insulation, made from a combination of cardboard and volcanic stone, preserves heat and reduces the risk of burns and possible forest fires.

With the CASUS grill, this is easy to do - once the coals are completely extinguished, they can be safely disposed of in a normal waste bin or even on a campfire.
