KAVALOVA RISOTTA WITH CURRY AND TRAVISIAN RADISH

INGREDIENTS: 1 dcl of rice 1 small head of radicchio 1 small spoon of curry powder pinch of salt and pepper 5 dkg of leeks 1 clove of garlic 1 dcl of white wine 1 large spoon of olive oil 3 dkg of Parmesan cheese 3 dcl of soup ...

INGRIDIENTS:
1 dcl of rice
1 small head of Travižansko
Radish
1 small spoon curry
a pinch of salt and pepper
5 dkg of leeks
1 clove of garlic
1 dcl of white wine
1 tablespoon of olive oil
3 dkg Parmesan cheese
3 dcl soup base

PREPARATION:
Fry leeks and rice in oil, yes
glazed. Add the rest of the ingredients
and curry. Cover with wine and broth
basis. Cook for 6 minutes in a pot on
pressure. Serve with parmesan
and decorate with slices
sliced radicchio.
