CODE: a concrete micro house that can be anywhere anytime

Most of the houses are supposed to stay in one place. But the Koda Moveable Home turns that on its head with a design that makes it incredibly easy to move around. All you need is just 30 square meters of flat ground and you already have a perfect house.

In its design, it is about smaller facility with two floors. In the main living area there is a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower and toilet. While the bedroom is on the first floor.

The house is decorated with a concrete exterior, which is extremely easy to maintain, as apart from occasional washing with a high-pressure cleaner, it requires no maintenance. The interior is made of natural wood for the friendliness of living and contact with nature. They are on the roof, of course solar cells, so that the house can even be partially independent of the grid.

The house is assembled in the factory and delivered in one piece, which means that you can move in as soon as it is erected.

Interesting! And the price. Around 100,000 euros it's not exactly small. But when we consider that we don't need a lot of documentation for this type of house - it is a mobile building - the matter becomes very interesting. Also for tourism or weekend, where such solutions are lacking.
