Kranjska Gora does not only attract visitors during the ski season or in the summer heat, but is also an extremely popular holiday destination in the autumn months. Those who are a little more daring can jump on a bike, while those who want peace can go on one of the wonderful hiking trails. Finally, we have selected two more accommodations in Kranjsko Gora, where you will be welcomed with open arms, even with tourist vouchers.

Juliana Bika

Juliana Bike is a circular long-distance cycling route that winds along the edge of the Julian Alps and contains seven stages. These follow each other in a counter-clockwise direction, each measuring 40 kilometers on average, and a total of 290 km. Their height difference is as much as 8,500 meters, so they are perfect for all, better prepared cycling enthusiasts. Juliana Bike will take you along local roads, cycle paths, forest paths and carriageways, and all the while you will be able to observe and admire the unspoiled nature in the surrounding area.

Fairy trail 10 huts

The extremely popular hiking trail combines 10 huts, numerous attractions and viewpoints. The route is a little more than 40 km long and you can walk it in 4 stages from Kranjska Gora, or you can choose the version in which you spend the night twice in participating cabins and thus walk it in three days. In TIC Kranjska Gora and in the huts, you can find a folder containing information about the huts and opening times, and on the back you will find a space for stamps.

Ferrata Mojstrana

All of you who appreciate a day spent among the rocks have surely heard of the via ferrata in Mojstrana. A popular meeting place for climbing enthusiasts, it is located above Mojstrana, in the Grančišče mountain range. The secured climbing route enables new experiences in the rocky world, and you can choose between different levels of difficulty on two different via ferratas. One is also suitable for beginners, and at the top you are rewarded with a wonderful view of the nearby Julian Alps and Karavanke.

A virtual experience of Slovenian mountains

In bad weather or simply when you want something other than activities in nature, visit the Mountaineering Museum, where you will learn about the cultural heritage of Slovenian mountaineering and mountaineering. As part of the museum, you can also fly over the highest Slovenian peaks, descend from the top of Triglav and enjoy the beautiful views of the Vrata valley, virtually of course. In virtual reality, you can jump to as many as 30 Slovenian peaks.

Apartment house Berghi

It is located in a quiet location, near the forest and the Pišnica stream Apartment house Berghi. It stands right next to the bicycle path that connects Gozd Martuljek and Kranjska Gora, and it is only a few hundred meters from the ski resort. Renovated and comfortable rooms boast stylish furnishings, and the offer also includes apartments for two to ten people.
