The film is a true story about a group of personal trainers from Miami who got involved in a dangerous crime game in the 1990s. It's Daniel Lugo bodybuilder and a personal trainer who, together with his friend Adrian, works at the gym, where rich and spoiled businessman Victor Kershaw also regularly goes. Tired of a poor and monotonous life, Lugo hatches a plan to kidnap the arrogant Victor, from whom he would extort money through torture.
