The second day of the Ljubljana Fashion Week is already behind us, which takes place under the city, but that does not mean that it is not in the center of attention, as fashion enthusiasts diligently follow the events. The catwalk came to life with collections prepared by local and foreign, young and established designers. There was a bit of romance in the air, a bit of French chic, it was occupied by modern and fashion-conscious warriors, versatile pieces of clothing and also collections with a touch of Gothic influence. A whole range of styles and colors! Some of the most famous Slovenian models are walking along the catwalk, which winds through the parking spaces of the newly opened part of the garage house Kozolec.

Among them Prisha Justinek Alfirev, who appeared at the Ljubljana Fashion Week as a teenager and remains loyal to him even now that she has become a big name. Another Slovenian successful abroad is Barbara Vasle, who can boast of working for prestigious brands and fashion magazines since New York to Tokyo. Among others, her father, the famous opera singer Juan Vasle, watched her performance together with his family. Fashion designers of the 2nd day and descriptions of the collections

Sanija Reja Aske (SI) //Together at last
The collection is about a pair of opposites who finally find each other. They went their separate ways and often narrowly missed each other. A couple who are so similar and different at the same time. The differences between them complement and do not separate them. The collection is a combination of two worlds; romantic female work and realistic, concrete, conceptual and radical male. Like a balance of black and white, soft and hard, gentle and rough, colored and colorless. This combination of opposites builds further into something third. In between, there are also other elements that are created on the fly. Like little surprises that keep happening to us in life. It is intended for everyone who has that something in them that makes them different, special - unique.

David Bacali (SI)//Isabel
During the times of the Spanish Inquisition and Queen Isabel's support in breaking down the boundaries of knowledge of the world of that time, black ruled the clothes, which was considered the color of high fashion among aristocrats. In terms of dressing, the modern version shakes off courtly silhouettes and focuses on the needs of the modern world, which are the battle with time and daily obligations, while reflecting a personal touch. Ornamented black and white patterns with gothic influences and silver shades of style plateresco are accompanied by film noir , which characterizes blackness in materials of contrasting qualities, matteness and shine, softness and hardness. Pret-a-porter the collection reinterprets turbulent times and gives inspiration to every woman who rules her personality with the image of strength, will, energy, love.

Nitoya (HR)// Final Cut
The collection consists of 10 pieces that are versatile. The designers used five different types of natural material such as cotton, wool and cashmere, and the color palette ranges from white, black, dark grey, emerald green to a mixture of light gray and emerald green. Coats, jackets, trousers, shirts and dresses allow the user to customize them according to their wishes, and the final look depends on how play with a single piece.

M. Fiction (SI)//Untitled
The collection explores why and what people dream about, how dreams differ from one another and whether we remember them. How we behave, how we think, how we feel and observe in real life is reflected in dreams or their interpretation, which is different from individual to individual. Everything can happen in a dream - the use of different materials, combinations and details.

Simona Kogovšek (SI)//Urbana warrior
An urban warrior is a woman who is always on the move, fighting for her position in society and status. She is active and is not ready to sacrifice a fashionable look at the expense of comfort. For her missions, she needs comfortable clothes that emphasize her feminine beauty and give her confidence and strength. The collection is characterized by interesting combinations of materials with different textures and metallic sheens. Although the materials used are soft and flexible, they give a sense of determination that is reflected in the cut of the garment. Inspiration comes from the stages of life that we all travel through, regardless of gender. While men, in my opinion, reach the peak of their power in their late twenties, women shine in their late thirties. This is Simona's woman: mature, strong, wonderful.

Princip By Mojca Celin (SI)//Dolce
The capsule collection is dedicated to one of the most feminine dresses, the wrap dress. The collection presents it with different materials, which are connected by the same color palette.

Mateyaneira (HR)//Cut Collection
Calm and practical design is the common thread of the collection, with an emphasis on the simplicity of each individual piece. Clean lines, sharp cuts and the use of only black and white highlight the two lines of the collection: the first is playful and has no restrictions, perfect for moments when you want to highlight your style and radiate your uniqueness, while the second emphasizes the simplicity and comfort of clothing for everyone. day.
