Entering its fourth year of production, the Mercedes-Benz EQS features a series of fresh updates that underscore its luxury status. The 2025 EQS brings not only design changes, but also technical improvements that raise the already impressive performance of this electric vehicle to a whole new level.

In the eyes of many, the Mercedes-Benz EQS was already considered the ultimate electric car even before its facelift, despite the fact that, like all of them, it had its challenges. Over the years, Mercedes has successfully upgraded and improved the model, leading to significant improvements. Now, after four years, it is time for a planned renovation. While the overhaul may seem minor at first glance, the EQS shows signs of technological and design maturity that elevate its status and confirm its leadership in the electric vehicle market.

Mercedes-Benz EQS, the flagship of the brand's electric vehicles, brings not only aesthetic renovations for the 2025 model year, but also a significant increase in autonomy thanks to a new battery with a capacity of 118 kWh. This upgrade means that the new EQS will exceed the 350 miles (approx. 563 km) of range offered by previous versions.

The design features a new, more traditional look at the front, where the previous star trims have been replaced by chrome strips. Also attracting special attention is the new, reintroduced emblematic standing star symbol on the bonnet, which adds a touch of classic prestige. Here, Mercedes Bvenz took a step back from the sterility of the front grille, which was criticized for it.

Not only external, but also internal changes are impressive. The new EQS offers the choice of the top 'Pinnacle' trim level with the 'Executive Interior' package, which includes seats that can recline up to 38 degrees, additional neck and shoulder heating and pneumatic rear seat depth adjustment. All this is surrounded by nappa leather and contrast stitching.

In addition to aesthetic and comfort improvements, Mercedes-Benz is also introducing technological updates, such as an 800-volt system that enables more powerful charging of up to 200 kW, which means faster charging and less waiting at charging stations.

The 2025 Mercedes-Benz EQS is not only a symbol of electric luxury, but also of technological progress that sets new benchmarks in the automotive industry. With design enhancements, increased performance and an unmatched interior, the EQS remains the flagship vehicle for those seeking superior comfort and sustainability-oriented technology. The price will be known later, but given the innovations offered, we expect it to correspond to the prestige that Mercedes-Benz has been offering for more than a century.
