Some time ago, Mercedes-Benz announced the arrival of an even smaller SUV crossover than the GLA model, and now they have presented a study of this model, which indicates the image of the final product. A special feature is also the hybrid electric-hydrogen drive, which, in addition to everything else, also utilizes the energy of the sun and wind.
For now, the model carries the factory label G-code, and the new branch for design in Beijing in collaboration with the main design studios in Stuttgart. The fact that the Chinese are signed under the form is no surprise, as China has recently overtaken the old continent in terms of sales, and has been the market with the highest growth and yield for quite some time.
That's why the first example of the G-code crossover will be put on display right in one of the world's largest auto shows, which will soon open its doors right in Beijing.

The G-code is still there smaller than the GLA model, so we can expect a meter in length to show a little over four feet (similar to what Nissan's Juke crossover measures), and the drive will be technologically extremely advanced, which will used renewable energy sources, like the sun and the wind.
A real cocktail of drives from renewable sources
In addition to the classic electric motor, which will mean the primary drive and drive the rear pair of wheels, these will be the specialty "multivoltaic" technology of microscopically small photocells that will cover the color of the body and will turn the car into a single large photovoltaic cell and thus a real solar power plant. A few extra watts of energy will also help to gain through the movement of the chassis and even the movement of the wind around the body. He will take care of driving the front wheels turbo engine powered by hydrogen, making the vehicle a four-wheel drive crossover.
The distinctiveness of the design of the passenger cabin also means the absence of a B-pillar, so getting into one of the four seats is significantly easier. At first glance, the interior is designed very futuristic and at the same time minimalist, and the four separate seats have a one-piece backrest and special six-point seat belts.
It inherited the color from the recently introduced Mercedes super truck, which can drive completely by itself changing front mask, which with the help of many LEDs indicates what drive is G-code actually driving to at the moment. When the car is resting in front of the traffic lights, the blue color flashes calmly, when it is in motion, the matrix forms a blue tunnel shape, and when the main engine is connected, the entire front part turns red.
