The most anticipated music albums of 2016

Many renowned music artists are already working on new albums that we can expect in 2016. Some of them, such as David Bowie, Sia and Panic! at the Disco, they also have an album release date. So let's see which are the most anticipated music albums of 2016.

These are the most anticipated music albums of 2016:

1. David Bowie, Blackstar (January 8, 2016)

His first singles Lazarus and Blakcstar seduce us with a cool art-jazz sound and prove that this timeless chameleon has by no means lost his sense of good music.

2. Panic! at the Disco, Death of a Bachelor (January 15, 2016)

Multi-instrumentalist Brendan Urie recorded the album on his own after the departure of drummer Spencer Smith.

3. Santigold, 99¢ (January 22, 2016)

The artistic electro/hip-hop darling will be releasing an album again this month after four years. On it we will hear collaborations with iLoveMakonnen, Rostam Batmangli (Vampire Weekend's), Hit-Boy, Dave Sitek (TV on the Radio) and others.

4. Sia, This Is Acting (January 29, 2016)

Sia's new album is made only of songs that Sia wrote for other music artists.

5. Bloc Party, Hymns (January 29, 2016)

The new album of the London dance rockers brings a new rhythm and spiritual renewal.

6. Animal Collective, Painting With (February 19, 2016)

The tenth studio album of the best psychedelic art rock band Animal Collective will probably be the most "boozy" album to date.

7. The 1975, I Like It When You Sleep for You Are So Beautiful Yet So Unaware of It (February 26, 2016)

A funky INXS pop-rock jam hints that these British alternative rockers will be taking over the dance floor this year, following on from their critically acclaimed debut album The 1975.

8. Miike Snow, III (March 4, 2016)

The Swedish indie-pop trio announced their revival with the single Heart Is Full.

9. Violent Femmes, We Can Do Anything (March 4, 2016)

We've been waiting for the album since 2000. Last year, the alternative punk rockers released the single Love Love Love Love Love, and in March they're coming back with their ninth studio album. This mostly includes new versions of old songs.

10. Primal Scream, Chaosmosis (March 11, 2016)

This will be the eleventh studio album by the Scottish alternative rockers. We don't know what awaits us, we only know that Sky Ferreira also had a hand in this album.
