Pagani Huayra Lampo: when Pagani and Fiat meet

Pagani Huayra Lampo

It's not often that you use the names Pagani and Fiat in the same sentence. Pagani and Garage Italia Customs joined forces to create a very special Pagani Huayra. It is called Lampo, which means lightning in Italian. It is dressed in retro colors that illustrate the concept Fiat Turbine from 1954.

The most obvious connection between Pagani Huayra Lampo and Fiat Turbino is in red and white color scheme, for which the Fiat concept was the inspiration. The Fiat Turbina got its name from three turbines, which were attached to the mid-mounted engine. As an interesting fact, we can tell you that he had this one Fiat 300 horsepower and quotient of air resistance with value 0,14, which is less than most cars today.

Looking at the Huayra, we can see that it wears on newly developed carbon body. It has aluminum inserts that make the color stand out even more. Some parts are only varnished so that we can see the intertwined fibers from which everything is made. We have a symbolically drawn Italian flag on the back of the hips, which can also be found on the concept Turbine.

The facelifted Huayra is updated with a package Tempest, which adds more aerodynamic elements and has a modified front air vent. More air can get through to the cooler. To make the Huayra Lampo even more special, they used the golden shade from the old Fiat logo. They used it to paint the rims and aluminum elements on the body. Brake calipers Brembo brakes they are also dressed in Italian colors, and the side mirrors are painted with three lightning bolts in green, white and red. The interior is also refined, as only the best materials were used for it. Brown leather they are brightened up by aluminum accessories, which are colored in bronze. At Garage Italia Customs, they claim that they spent just two years, which is also the longest project that Pagani has ever been a part of.
