Recipe for dorayaki pancakes
Ingridients
- 150 grams of flour
- 110 grams of sugar
- 3 tablespoons of water or milk
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tablespoon of honey
- 1 teaspoon of baking soda
- vegetable oil
- spread as desired
Preparation
Mix the eggs with sugar and honey and whip them. Dissolve baking soda in water or milk. Mix well and pour the mixture into the eggs. Sift the flour and gradually add it to the eggs while mixing until you get a smooth mixture.
Heat a little vegetable oil in a pan and add the pancake batter - make a circle up to 10 centimeters in diameter. Bake the pancake until bubbles start to appear on the surface. Turn the pancake over and bake until it gets a nice golden brown color on both sides. Repeat the process until you have used up all the pancake batter.
