Personal robot Temi: "Did you ring the bell, sir?"

Personal robot Temi

Remember the TV series You ran, M'Lord that entertained us in the 1990s? The amiable Alf Stokes was the butler who made sure everything was in order at Lord Meldrum's house. Butlers in human form are more or less a thing of the past. But this cannot be said about robots, as modern technology is increasingly concerned with making our lives more comfortable.

Darkness, a personal robot built by Roboteam, is riddled with sensors and cameras that allow it to take care of your needs at home.

If you want call a taxi, review the latest news or listening to music, all this Temi can make possible. But that's not all. If you want to make a video call, walking around the living room in between and waving your arms at the same time, you can do that, because Temi will follow you around the room. During tracking, Temi saves data on the fly and then calculates the fastest route to individual rooms in your home. Darkness in height 90 centimeters and is equipped with 10-inch screen, speakers and by the Android SDK. It is battery operated, which works for 8 hours, and you will charge it for 3 hours.

You can afford your own personal robot for 1,257.00 euros. "Did you ring the bell, sir?"
