- citric acid
- Boiled water
Directions
- Wash the grapes well and separate the grapes. Fill the glasses with grapes, fill them to the top with boiling water. Cover, but do not close, and leave for 10-15 minutes.
- Then pour the water from the glasses into the container and boil it again.
- Put half a teaspoon of citric acid in a glass with grapes and pour boiling water over it.
- Close the lids tightly and shake the contents of the jars a little.
- Wrap the jars in a blanket and leave covered for 24 hours to cool completely.
- Store in a dark, cool place for up to one year.
