  • 200 g of whole grain cookies with oatmeal
  • 80 g of butter
  • 2 tablespoons honey (liquid)
  • 5 dl yogurt (solid)
  • 2 tablespoons of lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon of grated lemon peel
  • 4 dl of sweet cream
  • 1 powdered gelatin (can also be agar)
  • black or white grapes (other fruits can also be used)

The process of making yogurt cake with grapes without baking:
First, melt the butter in the pan. Set aside and wait until the butter has cooled slightly. Crush the cookies (by hand or in a blender), mix them into the butter and knead well to form a cookie dough. Line a cake mold (diameter 24 cm) with it and press it well against the bottom of the baking pan. Place in the refrigerator for 30 minutes. Meanwhile, mix the gelatin with six tablespoons of water and let it swell (approx. 10 minutes). At the same time, mix the lemon juice, lemon peel, honey and yogurt, and in a separate bowl, whip the cream firmly, which is then mixed into the yogurt mixture. Dissolve the gelatin in the shrimp, taking care not to let it boil. When it has cooled slightly, mix in the yogurt cream. Pour this onto the cookie base and lightly sprinkle the cake pan to spread evenly. Place the cake in the refrigerator for two hours to harden the cream. At the end, decorate it with grapes, which we washed well earlier. Have a good run!

  • 400 g of black grapes
  • water

The process of making homemade grape juice without sugar:
Remove the grapes from the stalks and place them in a large cooking pot, into which pour enough water to cover the grapes. When the water boils, cook for another 15 minutes. Strain the juice into another container, mash the grapes well to release all the liquid, then boil the juice again and put it in the oven for an hour, then let it cool at room temperature. The juice can be diluted with water as desired. If the bottles are disinfected beforehand (it is best to do this by placing them in an oven heated to 80 degrees Celsius for 15 minutes) and store the juice in a dark place, it can last up to two years.
The preparation of grape juice is even simpler with a juicer. In this case, we simply remove the grapes from the stem, shake the berries into a juicer, which does everything for us. And the juice is ready. If necessary, dilute it with water.

  • 800 g of sugar
  • 2.4 dcl of Pinot Noir

The process of making homemade grape jam:
Wash the grapes and remove the stems. Place a pot with a thick bottom on the stove, put the grapes in it and pour in the wine. Cook on medium heat for approx. 15 minutes. After this time, add sugar and slightly increase the power of the fire, but only so much that the jam boils slightly. Stir occasionally and cook until the jam thickens (check the thickness by putting a drop of jam on a chilled plate, wait three minutes, and if it wrinkles when you push it with your finger, it's done). While still hot, pour the marmalade into jars for pickling, which we previously washed well and left in the oven at 80 degrees Celsius for a quarter of an hour. Close tightly and turn the jars upside down for 10 minutes. Turn the jar so that the cap is up again. Allow the jam to cool slowly. Have a good run!
