Pickled grapes: storage of grapes in jars

Ingredients

  • grapes (various varieties)
  • citric acid
  • Boiled water

Directions

  1. Wash the grapes well and separate the grapes. Fill the glasses with grapes, fill them to the top with boiling water. Cover, but do not close, and leave for 10-15 minutes.
  2. Then pour the water from the glasses into the container and boil it again.
  3. Put half a teaspoon of citric acid in a glass with grapes and pour boiling water over it.
  4. Close the lids tightly and shake the contents of the jars a little.
  5. Wrap the jars in a blanket and leave covered for 24 hours to cool completely.
  6. Store in a dark, cool place for up to one year.
