Ingridients
- 40 g of cardamom
- 20 g of cloves
- 20 g of peppercorns
- 8 g of cinnamon
- 10 g of fennel or fennel seeds
- 30 g of dried ginger
- 6 sprigs of dried basil
- 1/2 nutmeg
- 1 tablespoon of black tea
- 1 cup of milk
- 2 cups of water
- 2 teaspoons of honey
Preparation
Put the cardamom, cloves, pepper, cinnamon and fennel seeds in a pan and let them cook on low heat for a few minutes. Stir constantly. When they are fragrant, remove them from the heat, then repeat the same process with the ginger, followed by the basil and nutmeg. Put all the baked ingredients in a blender and blend until you get a smooth powder. Put the resulting masala powder in a glass.
Put 2 cups of water in a pot and bring to a boil, then add a teaspoon of black tea, 1/2 teaspoon of masala and 1 cup of milk. Let it cook for a few minutes, then strain it and add honey. Mix well and enjoy a healthy and tasty tea.
