New Porsche Cayenne 2024 unveiled: power boost, redesigned interior and 650 hp Turbo GT

The new Cayenne features a 12.6-inch digital instrument panel, an optional passenger display and more power across the range.

Porsche presents the refreshed new Porsche Cayenne 2024 and Cayenne Coupe with a facelift, redesigned cabin and powertrain upgrades. The range-topping Turbo GT now boasts 650bhp, and the entire line-up receives the latest technology and performance enhancements.

The long awaited one Porsche Cayenne 2024 and Cayenne Coupe have finally made their debut after an extensive teaser campaign. With a refreshed exterior, redesigned dashboard and significant powertrain upgrades, the latest Cayenne models are expected to hit the market this summer, and orders are now being accepted in the United States and at tegorvich in Europe. The official premiere took place at the Shanghai Motor Show, which is becoming new for the automotive world Geneva Motor Show.

Under the hood is basic Porsche Cayenne 2024 continues to be equipped with a 3.0-liter turbocharged V6 engine that now provides 348 hp (260 kW) and 368 lb-ft (498 Nm) – an increase of 13 hp and 36 lb-ft over the previous model.

For the eco-conscious, the Cayenne E-Hybrid uses a turbocharged V6 combined with a more powerful 174 hp (130 kW) electric motor. The total system power thus reaches 463 hp (345 kW), a modest improvement of 8 hp. Battery capacity increases to 25.9 kWh from the previous 17.9 kWh. Which we praise and is a must for a car of this size and shape. Although range estimates have not yet been revealed, the new 11-kW AC charger allows for a home charge in less than two and a half hours.

Porsche Cayenne S has now 4.0 liter V8 engine with a twin-turbocharger that replaces the previous V6, producing 468 hp (349 kW) and 442 lb-ft (598 Nm). This increase of 34 hp and 37 lb-ft allows both the standard model and the coupe to accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h (0-60 mph) in 4.4 seconds with the optional Sport Chrono package. Top speed is an impressive 272 km/h (169 mph).

It is at the top of the range Cayenne Coupe Turbo GT equipped with 650 hp (484 kW) 4.0-liter twin-turbocharged V8 engine – which is 19 hp more than its predecessor. This beast can reach 100 km/h (60 mph) in just 3.1 seconds and boasts top speed 304 km/h (189 mph). The Turbo GT also comes standard with rear-wheel steering, air suspension, ceramic-composite brakes and titanium tailpipes.

Updated system Porsche Active Suspension Management (PASM) is part of the standard equipment of the models Cayenne, S and E-Hybrid, with new two-valve shock absorbers, which offer separate levels of rebound and compression for improved pitch and roll management. An optional air suspension system, standard on the Turbo GT, promises a more pronounced difference between the Normal, Sport and Sport Plus driving modes.

On the outside Porsche Cayenne 2024 it retains the familiar look with a few key improvements. Matrix Design LED Headlights are now standard equipment, accompanied by a new hood and redesigned fenders. At the rear, there are new taillights with a uniform height across the rear, and three fresh colors join the palette: Algarve Blue Metallic, Montego Blue Metallic and Arctic Grey.


Porsche Cayenne Coupe offers an optional lightweight sports package that reduces 32.7 kg (72 lbs) vehicle. Details of this package will be revealed later.

Inside, the 2024 Cayenne's dashboard has been completely redesigned, with a freestanding, curved 12.6-inch digital instrument panel for the driver. Steering wheel controls enable seamless switching between display modes, while a new lever on the left controls the driver assistance systems. Lane Change Assist and Lane Keeping Assist are now standard.

Renovated center console includes standard 12.3-inch infotainment screen, with the gear lever now located on the dashboard between the two screens. The corner section of the console contains a mix of switches and capacitive buttons for HVAC control. Porsche also includes a driver's smartphone tray with 15 watts inductive charging.

It is available as a new option on the passenger side of the dashboard 10.9-inch screen. This allows the passenger to operate the navigation system or streaming videoin A special screen layer ensures that the driver cannot see the passenger's screen, preventing distractions.
