They found that dark colors they connote death, darkness and the forest, but you will do in such clothes good impression in the public, which should perceive you as seriously, reliably and an intelligent person. If you are fans pinker colors, you prefer to wear them at home, because such colors are supposed to create the feeling that you are frivolous, too playful and to you lack of "smarts". The respondents even think that this color is not suitable for any social occasion.
Respondents trusted that they were black, dark blue, white and red color, which should reflect self-confidence and should be worn to an interview or first date. If you just consider it a first meeting, then it's a good idea to you wear red, if you are a woman, or blue color, if you are a man - you also reported that they more attractive women, wearing black, white and dark blue. Women are of the same opinion when it comes to the male sex.
And while you know what you can wear, on the other hand there are colors that have landed on the forbidden list - Orange, brown, pink and yellow the color should reflect everything that you don't want to show the interlocutor. The color pink is supposed to be associated with all that is bad - only 5 % contributors think that smart people should wear pink clothes. The orange and yellow colors are supposed to indicate that you lacks self-confidence and you are an arrogant person.
It is interesting that the participants rated the person in red clothes as arrogantly and less intelligent, even if they said that this color reflects self-confidence. Only 12 % namely, they were told that they believe that the color red represents intelligence.
The color pink is said to be synonymous with "stupidity".
