Fast, healthy and tasty. Such dishes are always popular. This recipe from Martha Stewart is just that, as it is ideal for satisfying hunger and is also very tasty. It is a quick pizza filled with lots of vegetables, mozzarella and blue cheese. It is also enriched with a mustard topping, which is not typical for pizzas.
To prepare pizza you need the following ingredients:
- 3 tablespoons of red wine vinegar
- 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
- 2 teaspoons of freshly chopped oregano
- salt, pepper
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- vegetables of your choice (mushrooms, zucchini, cabbage, eggplant, red onion)
- 4 buns
- mozzarella
- 80 g of blue cheese
- optional: ground chili
Preparation:
Mix vinegar, mustard and oregano in a bowl, season with salt and pepper and add a little olive oil. Cut the vegetables of your choice into pieces, brush them with a little oil and roast them on the grill or in the oven until they are soft.
Spread about 2/3 of the mozzarella on the buns and spread the roasted vegetables evenly. Sprinkle with the remaining mozzarella and blue cheese and return to the oven. Bake until the cheese is melted and the edges are nice and crispy. After baking, pour over the prepared mustard sauce and serve. Bon Appetit.
