INGRIDIENTS:

  • 225 g of cream cheese
  • 75 g of cheese with blue mold
  • 90 g dried cranberries (finely chopped)
  • 200 g pecans (finely chopped)
  • Bobi sticks

PREPARATION:

In a medium bowl, combine the cream cheese, blue cheese and dried cranberries. Make 24 balls from the resulting mass. Cover them and wait two hours for them to harden. Meanwhile, finely chop the pecans and toast them in the oven (7 to 10 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius). When they cool down, roll them into balls. Allow the balls to cool in the refrigerator. Just before serving, place them on bobby sticks.

Crostini with pear and pomegranate

  • olive oil
  • 2 large pears (peeled and finely chopped)
  • 1 tablespoon of butter
  • ½ tablespoon of cinnamon
  • 60 ml of maple syrup
  • ½ tablespoon of balsamic vinegar
  • 160 g of pomegranate (fruit)
  • 160 g of cream cheese (can also be cinnamon flavored)

PREPARATION:

Drizzle the crostini with olive oil. Then spread them with cream cheese. Let them stand. Melt the butter in a pan, then add the pears, cinnamon and maple syrup. Simmer the ingredients on the fire until a creamy, fragrant mixture is formed. Add balsamic vinegar and pomegranate to the mixture. Place the fruit mixture on each crostin. Serve immediately.

In a separate bowl, mix the breadcrumbs, butter, garlic and pepper. Spread the mass over the filling in the mushrooms. Bake the mushrooms for 20 minutes and serve immediately.
