Ingredients
- Ingredients for the 1st layer:
- 250 g butter at room temperature
- 250 g of dark chocolate
- 4 eggs
- 280 g of brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon of coffee
- 120 g of flour
- 30 g of cocoa powder
- pinch of salt
- 150 g of chocolate chips + 1 tablespoon of flour Ingredients for the 2nd layer:
- 200 g of chopped mixed nuts or hazelnuts
- 450 g of condensed milk
- ½ teaspoon of salt Ingredients for the 3rd layer:
- 300 g of cream cheese
- 100 g of sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon of almond extract
- grated peel of 1 orange
- 1 tablespoon of plain flour
- cocoa powder, for sprinkling
Directions
- Cover the model with baking paper. Cover with a little butter.
- Melt the chocolate with the butter, and beat the sugar with the eggs and coffee. 3. Mix a teaspoon of coffee with 2 teaspoons of water, and when it cools down, add it to the eggs. When the chocolate has cooled, mix the two mixtures, then beat a little more.
- Add sifted flour, cocoa and salt and mix until a smooth mixture is obtained. Mix the flour and chocolate chips and add them to the mixture. Mix and pour into the model.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 25 minutes.
- Quickly fry chopped hazelnuts or walnuts. Mix with boiled condensed milk and a pinch of salt. When the base is baked and cooled, pour the resulting mixture over it and put it in the freezer for half an hour.
- In the meantime, mix the cream cheese, sugar, egg, almond extract, orange peel and flour. Spread this evenly over the hazelnut layer and bake in a preheated oven at 170°C for about 30 minutes.
- Allow to cool, then refrigerate overnight. Sprinkle with cocoa powder.
