Recipe: chessecake with Jaffa cookies

Here is an easy, no-bake recipe that is the perfect solution when you need a delicious dessert at the last minute.

Cheesecake is one of the most popular desserts, it was created in Greece in 230 AD. They mashed the cheese, added honey and flour and baked it.

There are various chessecake recipes, interestingly, no-bake versions are becoming very popular. This is one such recipe.

Chessecake with Jaffa biscuits

Ingredients

  • 350 g of Jaffa biscuits
  • Ingredients for the filling:
  • 300 g of cream cheese
  • 160 g of powdered sugar
  • 400 ml of sweet cream
  • Ingredients for decoration:
  • 150 g of chocolate
  • 150 g of Jaffa biscuits

Directions

  1. Cover the 23 cm diameter model with transparent foil, then arrange the cookies on the bottom, so that the chocolate part is facing up.
  2. Beat cream cheese with powdered sugar, then add sweet cream and mix with a mixer.
  3. Add chopped biscuits (150 g) to the filling and mix. Pour into the model and level.
  4. Place in the refrigerator for an hour. Melt the chocolate, then pour it over the filling and smooth it out.
  5. Decorate with sliced Jafa cookies and leave in the fridge for another hour.
