Chocolate cake with rum, hazelnuts and whipped cream
Ingredients
- 5 eggs
- 150 g of sugar
- vanilla sugar
- 2 tablespoons of rum
- 50 g of flour
- baking powder
- 4 tablespoons of oatmeal
- 200 g ground hazelnuts Ingredients for the filling:
- 2 tablespoons of rum
- 150 g of grated chocolate
- 900 g of sweet cream
- vanilla sugar
Directions
- For the dough, mix eggs and boiling water. Mix the sugar and vanilla sugar and pour into the egg mixture. Add rum.
- Mix flour, baking powder, hazelnuts and oatmeal. Pour into the egg mixture, mix briefly. Place the dough in a greased mold. We are baking.
- Cut the cooled biscuit horizontally. Place the lower part on the cake plate and close it with a mold.
- For the filling, crumble the rest of the biscuit and mix it with rum and grated chocolate. Beat 600-800 ml of sweet cream. Mix with breadcrumbs and spread on the biscuit.
- Beat the remaining cream and vanilla sugar and spread. Sprinkle with chocolate.
