Coconut, strawberries and cocoa - there is no better combination for a roulade. Not only does it taste fantastic, but it is also very easy to prepare.

Chocolate roll with coconut and strawberries
Ingredients
- 300 g of coconut
- 250 g of condensed milk
- 30 g of cocoa
- 200 g of strawberries
- 50 g of coconut for decoration
Directions
- Combine coconut and condensed milk and mix well. Divide the mixture into 2 parts, 2/3 of the mixture in one container and 1/3 in the other.
- Add cocoa to half and mix well. Place the cocoa mixture on the transparent foil and roll out.
- Spread the white coconut mixture on another transparent foil.
- Cut the strawberries into small pieces and place them on the rolled white coconut mixture and roll it up.
- Then place the white roll on top of the cocoa mixture and roll everything together again.
- Roll the roulade in coconut and cool for half an hour.
