  • 50 g cocoa (or chocolate powder)
  • cinnamon
  • grated lemon peel
  • 100 g of raisins
  • 100 g of prunes
  • 100 g of dried figs
  • 100 g of dried apricots
  • 100 g of dates
  • 100 g of candied fruit (optional)
  • 100 g of edible chocolate
  • 50 g of hazelnuts
  • 50 g of almonds
  • 50 g of walnuts

The process of making Christmas fruit bread:
Crush nuts and fruits or cut and sprinkle with a little flour so that they do not stick together. Mix eggs and sugar until foamy and add cocoa, lemon peel, cinnamon, milk and finally flour and baking powder. Stir in fruit and nuts. Knead well.
