Ingredients

100 g of coconut flour
100 g of dark chocolate
100 g of white chocolate
150 g of butter
200 g of sugar
1 dcl of water
250 g ground biscuits

Directions

  1. Dissolve the butter with sugar and water in a bowl, wait until the butter becomes soft and mix. Set aside and pour into another container.
  2. Add the ground biscuits and coconut flour and mix with a food processor.
  3. Melt 60g of white and 60g of dark chocolate separately, divide the mass in half and mix white and dark chocolate into one.
  4. Before making the balls, refrigerate the mixture for a while to make them easier to shape. Shape them with your hands.
  5. Dissolve the rest of the chocolate with a little butter if necessary, add milk, the mixture should be smooth, not too thick, so that you can easily drop a ball into it - white balls in the dark chocolate, black balls in the white.
  6. Decorate them and put them in the fridge for a while.
