Ingredients

  • 250 g ground biscuits
  • 100 g of melted butter
  • First filling:
  • 500 ml of milk
  • 100 g of butter
  • 3 eggs
  • 40 g of starch
  • 10 ml of vanilla extract
  • 100 g of sugar
  • 220 g of apples
  • Other filling:
  • 300 ml of milk
  • 80 g of vanilla pudding (no cooking)
  • 200 ml of sweet sour cream
  • 20 g of vanilla sugar
  • 20 g of cinnamon
  • currants

Directions

  1. Mix ground biscuits with butter and press it into a 22 cm diameter model.
  2. First filling:
  3. Beat the eggs with vanilla. Mix sugar and starch, then add eggs and mix everything together.
  4. Add melted butter, mix.
  5. Add the egg mixture to the milk and cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until it thickens.
  6. Towards the end, add the apple puree - clean, cut and blend the apples, mix well and remove from the heat.
  7. Pour over the cookies and place in the refrigerator for an hour.
  8. Second filling:
  9. Pour the vanilla pudding, vanilla sugar into the milk and beat.
  10. Add the sweet sour cream and continue mixing.
  11. Pour over the apple filling and smooth. Put in the fridge for an hour.
  12. Garnish with mint and currants.
