Creamy apple cake
Ingredients
- 250 g ground biscuits
- 100 g of melted butter First filling:
- 500 ml of milk
- 100 g of butter
- 3 eggs
- 40 g of starch
- 10 ml of vanilla extract
- 100 g of sugar
- 220 g of apples Other filling:
- 300 ml of milk
- 80 g of vanilla pudding (no cooking)
- 200 ml of sweet sour cream
- 20 g of vanilla sugar
- 20 g of cinnamon

Directions
- Mix ground biscuits with butter and press it into a 22 cm diameter model. First filling:
- Beat the eggs with vanilla. Mix sugar and starch, then add eggs and mix everything together.
- Add melted butter, mix.
- Add the egg mixture to the milk and cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until it thickens.
- Towards the end, add the apple puree - clean, cut and blend the apples, mix well and remove from the heat.
- Pour over the cookies and place in the refrigerator for an hour. Second filling:
- Pour the vanilla pudding, vanilla sugar into the milk and beat.
- Add the sweet sour cream and continue mixing.
- Pour over the apple filling and smooth. Put in the fridge for an hour.
- Garnish with mint and currants.
