Birthdays, holidays or you simply wanted sweets - there are many reasons to start making a cake. And the fact that you are constantly in a battle with time is no excuse either - we have prepared a recipe for a delicious chocolate cake that will only take you 10 minutes.

If you have ever baked a cake before, then you might think that preparing it will take a lot of time. However, this is not considered delicious chocolate cake, for the preparation of which you will not need threads ovens. A recipe for a delicious cake known for its combination of flavors chocolates and vanilla, is very easy, but he will only take from you 10 minutes.

Ingredients

    Ingredients for the cake:
  • half a liter of milk
  • 1 bag of vanilla pudding powder
  • 3 spoons of sugar
  • cookies with jelly filling and chocolate topping (e.g. Jaffa cookies)
  • hard butter biscuits (eg Petit Beurre biscuits)
  • Ingredients for the glaze:
  • 100 g of chocolate
  • 50 g of butter
  • 3 tablespoons of water
  • 3 spoons of sugar

Directions

  1. Arrange the hard butter cookies in a shallow bowl/baking pan so that they cover the bottom.
  2. Pour the hot vanilla pudding, which you made with the mixture from the bag, milk and sugar, over the cookies.
  3. Place chocolate cookies on top of the pudding, covering the entire surface.
  4. Using steam, melt the chocolate, sugar and water to make a thick mixture. This is done by placing a bowl of hot water on top of which you have placed a bowl of chocolate, sugar and water and heating the water until the chocolate melts.
  5. Remove the mixture from the heat, mix in the butter and pour over the cake.
  6. Serve the cake chilled with your favorite drink. Bon Appetit!

Additional tips:

  • You can use a cake mold instead of a baking pan.
  • If you want the cake to be even creamier, double the amount of milk, sugar and pudding.
  • If you are one of those who never have too much chocolate, you can replace the vanilla pudding with chocolate.
