Recipe: Simple and refreshing no-bake cheesecake

This is truly the most perfect and easy no bake cheesecake recipe. If you follow this recipe, you will be blessed with a smooth and creamy dessert that is extremely light and refreshing.

When you need something light and tasty, this dessert is perfect for you. Its texture is super light and fresh, and the crust is buttery, sweet and delicious. Its preparation is very simple. The hardest part of all will be waiting to eat it, as you have to leave it in the fridge overnight.

Ingridients:

  • 250 g of cream cheese
  • 80 g of sour cream or yogurt (depending on taste)
  • 80 g of powdered sugar
  • 200 ml of sweet cream
  • 80 g of butter
  • 300 g of cookies or crackers (depending on taste)
  • lemon juice
  • vanilla extract
  • any fruit for garnish

Process:

Put the cookies or crackers in a blender, along with the melted butter and sugar. The mixture should resemble moist sand. Then take a cake pan or cake roll and spread the mixture you have prepared firmly on its bottom. Put the prepared crust in the refrigerator to harden. In the meantime, you can start preparing the filling.

First whip the sweet cream. Then, in a separate bowl, mix the cream cheese, powdered sugar, lemon juice, vanilla extract and sour cream or yogurt. Combine the mixture prepared in this way with the sweet cream, mix well with a spatula so that the two mixtures are completely combined. Spread the prepared filling evenly over the prepared ground cookies.

You can have a cake decorate according to your imagination and wishes with different fruits, peaches, strawberries, raspberries, tangerines. Put the cake in the fridge overnight so that everything hardens really well.
