Ingredients

  • 3 zucchini
  • 4 cloves of garlic
  • 7 eggs
  • 4 tablespoons of vegetable oil
  • 150 g of Parmesan cheese
  • 1 onion
  • 2 tablespoons of basil

Directions

  1. Finely chop the onion and garlic, and cut the zucchini into thin rings.
