  • 1 kg of potatoes
  • oil for frying
  • a pinch of sea or Himalayan salt


  1. Wash, peel and cut the potatoes into very thin slices.
  2. Place the baking paper in the baking tray and spread the potatoes on it. Sprinkle a little, pour a little oil on it so that the chips are not too hard and dry.
  3. Heat the oven to 250 degrees. Bake for ten minutes, opening the oven for a few seconds every 2 to 3 minutes to let the steam escape, so the chips stay crispy.
