Watermelon is definitely one of the symbols of summer and there is simply no better refreshment than it. Have you tried ice cream made from it, without sugar and with only 3 ingredients?
We mostly eat it fresh, but it often happens that we buy too big a fruit that we don't manage to eat right away, and when it stays in the fridge for too long, it loses both its taste and smell.
This watermelon ice cream recipe is a great way to cool down, refresh, and use up leftover fruit, and it's easy to make with just 3 ingredients.
